Congratulations to Our Girls’ Indoor Gaelic 5-a-Side Team!

We are immensely proud to congratulate our Girls’ Indoor Gaelic 5-a-side team on winning the local heat held last week in Omagh, Station House.

The girls produced a series of outstanding performances throughout the league stage, dropping only a single point in a tight encounter against Our Lady of Lourdes P.S., Greencastle. Their consistency and determination ensured they topped their group and advanced to the final, where they faced St Lawrence’s P.S., Fintona—an opponent they had narrowly defeated 4–3 earlier in the competition.

As expected, the final was another closely fought contest. After falling a goal behind, our girls showed tremendous character and teamwork, battling back to secure a superb 3–2 victory. Their resilience, skill, and spirit shone through right to the final whistle.

This fantastic win means St Scire’s P.S. will now progress to the County Finals in Cookstown in early March.
